60 London Wall is a located within the centre of the city, approximately 300 meters north of the Bank of England, the building occupies a 1.25-acre corner site at the junction of London Wall and Copthall Avenue.
The development is a substantial mixed-use commercial office space and is finished to a grade A specification, it also includes retail facilities. The office space has been designed around a single atrium, people using the building benefit from excellent levels of natural light.
T.F.Tull were appointed as the BMS contractor for this project, continuing our excellent working relationship with Skanska. The existing office was stripped back to its steel frame and rebuilt with an extra four floors raising the total office space to 320,000 sq ft.
Contracted to provide the BMS and EMS for the shell and core services as well as the fit out of two floors, T.F.Tull successfully delivered the project in August 2020.
