Old Admiralty

The world famous Grade II listed Old Admiralty Building in Horseguard Parade was refurbished into the new home for The Department for Education. The CAT B fit-out and refurbishment shows 250,000sq.ft of commercial office space over five floors, creating a modern working environment whilst maintaining the English heritage and unique design of the original building.

T.F.Tull were appointed as the BMS contractor for this iconic project, continuing our outstanding working relationship with Halsion. Our works included the Shell & Core BMS as well as the control of FCUs throughout the floors.

The complex project was successfully handed over June 2020.
