Originally built in 1820 for the Prince Regent, later George IV, and designed by famed architect John Nash, the sweeping Grade I listed Regent’s Crescent is a truly iconic building, modernised to provide luxury residences and amenities in the heart of London.
Working alongside Ark M&E and SPIE UK, T.F.Tull were instrumental in delivering the complex project comprising of 67no. new apartments and 9no. Garden Villas.
As well as the shell & core BMS and EMS works, T.F.Tull were responsible for the control of the super prime luxury apartments and the seamless integration with the KNX AV system.
