The careful renovation of the Lincoln’s Inn Fields building provided new facilities for the Royal College of Surgeons, including flexible teaching areas, function rooms, a cafe and a large glazed central atrium.
The project also included the redesign and relocation of the historic Hunterian Museum. The Grade II listed Barry Building has been retained with a new seven-storey extension, including double level basement, constructed behind.
Working alongside Wates, T.F.Tull were responsible for the installation of the new BMS for the Shell & Core and fit out services providing complex, energy efficient control and helping to bring the historic building into the 21st century.
